Building an AI-powered procurement platform for small contractors.

• •Founded a pilot-stage AI platform helping small contractors discover and secure government contracts, leading product strategy and full-stack engineering as the sole technical hire.
• •Worked with representatives from major contracting firms (e.g., Atria Development) through iterative testing cycles to translate real-world procurement workflows into scalable product features.
• •Built a Python (FastAPI) backend and Next.js web app, integrating RAG-based hybrid search (full-text + pgvector) and AI form automation via the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, backed by PostgreSQL on AWS.
• •Designed and shipped an ingestion pipeline (Python, BeautifulSoup, PyMuPDF) that continuously scrapes, parses, and embeds 1,000+ government tenders for compliance verification and search retrieval.
